AI and technology are becoming a talking point for everyone. But the real question is, "are we truly clear about what we are looking for from it? Are we chasing efficiency, intelligence, replacement, or human evolution?"

Technology will amplify intent. If our intent is unclear, technology will only amplify confusion at scale. Maybe it is time leaders pause and ask, Are we buying the product for features or outcome? Are we building technology for humans, or expecting humans to adapt to technology?
