A standout achievement of the year was joining the Sakal Media Group (AP Globale) as the Group Director for People and Culture, a role that offered the freedom to implement innovative ideas and transform HR into a progressive People and Culture department. Empowered by the trust of Chairman Mr. Abhijit Pawar and CEO Mr. Uday Jadhav, I swiftly built a forward-thinking team. Simultaneously, I was appointed as a co-opted member of the esteemed Board of Studies (BoS) for Human Resource Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), an honor that lets me contribute to HR growth in one of India's premier universities. Additionally, Sakal Media Group republished my Marathi and English books, with three more books set for publication, providing an exhilarating platform for my literary pursuits.
