Raymond had rolled out the “Complete
Man ad” in 1992 and over a period of time it received lot of attention.
Complete man is also a successful man. 'The Complete Man' for Raymond, a
metrosexual, caring, family man who was very different from the way men were
portrayed in the 70s and 80s. "That was the angry young man era.
Complete
man is successful man but also a caring father, doting husband, or good friend. He is always looking elegant in a crisply
ironed Raymond suit.
But
does well dressed man made a good and really complete man with complete life?
To
get the fulfilled life is a struggle. You get money & career and loose
family and fun. However our focus should be to get the completeness of life. Then only we can call ourselves a Complete Man.
According to me following area are important. When we have
something in all areas, we can say we have a fulfilled and complete life and we
are then complete man.
- Family/Friends
- Spouse/Partner/Significant Other/Romance
- Career
- Finances
- Health (emotional/physical/fitness/nutrition/wellbeing)
- Physical Environment/Home
- Fun/Recreation/Leisure
- Personal Growth/Learning/Self-development
- Spiritual wellbeing (not necessarily religion – can be sense of self)
- Community and Social Life like
This
also include in Wheel of Life.
Let’s
ask ourselves & think about what success feels like for each area. If you
rate all areas on the scale of 1-10, how would you rate?

Well said. Fully agreed that a complete man has to be a successful man also in all spheres of life. However, I would rate health slightly higher in the ladder especially as compared to career and finance. If you are healthy, you can definitely earn well or grow up in career. , Regards, Ramesh less
Agreed, complete man has to be complete in every aspect mentioned above. Generally we see completeness after achieving our financial goals but we ignore other important aspect...
Truly said. Generally we focus on our work where we spend 1/3 time of day.We must look at each aspect to become complete man. One should do assessment honestly to see where wheel is going.
